Mother's Day

Finally getting around to posting about Mother's Day. First Eric had me sleep in and then brought me Breakfast in bed. When I got up, there were POTTED roses on my kitchen table (just like i like) and a card from 'Alyzah and Daddy'. I was greeted by a cheerful little girl who was in such a good mood all day. Then Eric had a surprise for me. We drove downtown and walked out by the lake till we reached this...

 Yes that is a cruise boat that took us around siteseeing beautiful Coeur d'Alene Lake for 2 hours! But that's not the only cool thing about this boat...

It had an all-you-can-eat lunch buffet on it! Now we're talkin! Eric ate 6 cheese cake pieces for dessert (plus other desserts of course)!

We had one of the best seats in the house...right by the window...and close to the food.

We chilled on the open top part of the boat for a lot of it where the views were stunning...

Alyzah loved looking at the water and the boat moving...

 

There were some houses we contemplated buying...we just can't decide if they quite reach our requirements though. :)

Then we went home, to find a face mask cream and foot cream on the counter for my at home spa treatment by Dr Eric. Wow what a day! It's easy for me to say that my husband is amazing after a day like this, but he's the most incredible husband every ordinary day of my life too. Always thinking about other people before himself, always happy, and always there for me. I love you Eric!
