My New Hobby

Of course my new hobby has to do with FOOD. This is the very first loaf of bread I've ever made before!! Now I'm hooked - it was super easy, fun to do, and tasted amazing. Plus if you know Eric at all, you know how much he loves bread! He was like a little boy getting a gift at Christmas when he walked in from work and saw a hot loaf of bread of the counter...made me want to keep doing it! I'm going to try Wheat next. Let me know if anyone has any good bread recipes.
